We've been in the business of supporting your health and the health of your clients and customers since 2004. Our focus has always been to offer the very best of each and every essential oil variety we carry. That means that they're fresh (if they should be), aged if they should be ~ have passed all laboratory analysis, AND we believe they smell fantastic (there are in-fact oils of therapeutic grade that have vastly different aromas.

And the more one enjoys the aroma of the oils they're working with, the more one will want to use them. We also believe the more complex an oil is, the more unique natural molecules in it, in perfect balance, not only offers the finest aroma, but the finest healing properties for any aroma-therapy method used.

While adulteration of essential oils is really fairly rare (once you're dealing with reputable distillers and companies overseas), it's still important to verify an oil is what it says it is, and does it have the percentage concentration of important constituents? With Helichrsym italicum essential oil, for example, we look for a high amount of di-ketones - this is the 'regerative' component of the oil. We'll also look for high Neryl-Acetate and curcuminoid levels, for their muscle relaxing and anti-inflammatory actions respectively.

Not only can a GC/MS do this well, but you may or may not be surprized at the ability of your nose to do so as well. When using a sampling strip, you can smell all the notes as they evaporate. Smaller molecules will evaporate first, then larger and larger until nothing is left. In this way, it's fairly simple to detect if something is in there that shouldn't be!

Priority Mail from the US Postal Service is an incredible deal. From here in Boulder, Colorado, to most of the country, packages typically arrive in 2-3 days once they've been picked up at our location. Plus, their international shipping is FAR more reasonable than FedEx, and you can absolutely choose 'Express/Overnight' domestically, or Express International if you're not in the states. If, for any reason, you DO require shipping by another means, we can do that as well.

While it's VERY rare a customer doesn't care for the aroma of one of our oils (stranger things have happened!), you are welcome to return any unused oil for a refund or exchange (this is your choice). We'll even cover the cost of return shipping for you. Simply call or email us for a return authorization number (this is so we know what to do with the package when it arrives) and drop it in the mail to us, along with a copy of your receipt and the amount you paid for shipping it back to us (Priority Mail isn't necessary - First Class is fine). We get so very few returns, we don't expect you'll need to use this, but it's nice to know it's there!
